Cancellations made less than 3 business days prior to the class date are non-refundable.
Cancellations made at least 3 business days prior to the class date will incur a nominal $20 admin fee to offset processing costs.
Classes canceled by Heart Helpers are 100% refundable and every effort will be made to reschedule at a convenient time for all parties.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule a class, you must notify Heart Helpers at least 3 business days prior to the class date. We will do our best to find you a more suitable class date.
If you reschedule with less than 3 business days notice, a $10 rescheduling fee will be charged.
"No shows" will be charged the full class fee. No refunds.
